We are not related to casino so I can't help you directly at the moment. Just try to contact them and ask for any suggestions.

To be fair, it's quite a known issue with Mastercards. Some cards really don't support the withdrawals. What are the providers that you can choose from? Maybe some of our testers could give us tips regarding it.

I'm not sure about the first 2, but lite coin and ripple are cryptocurrencies.

I'm afraid you'll be forced to create a crypto wallet that will be able to accept the withdrawal in cryptocurrencies and then probably exchange the cryptocurrency for bitcoin, transfer bitcoin to real money and send it to your bank account.

Anyway, you can still try to ask the casino if it's possible to make a wire transfer to your bank account even though there would be some fees applied.

You perfectly described how the system make "only good and safe" decision on behalf of ordinary people in it. Without any direct consult. I can see their intentions are somehow good however but can hardly fit to everyone. Good ridance with your ex-bank 🙂
