No worries win refused to allow withdrawal.

Hi. I have only been with nine win for a couple of weeks. I'm gonna start by saying I'm a heavy casino player. I probably have a problem. I deposited into nine win and after some loses got my balance up to £2000. I tried to withdraw. After verification they kept cancelling my request. 4 or 5 times they turned it down. I forfeited bonus money every time. I lost the money then they wouldn't let me use the bonus despite having no money in my real account. They said I was entering the wrong bank details. I deposited £30 to prove them wrong. They then closed my account. I feel sick for believing the reviews. Beware this casino.

I thought I'd won a significant amount as I was fully verified but my withdrawal request was cancelled and when I asked they said 4.2 of terms and conditions states that UK players are not allowed to play for real money. I did get my deposits back. They will verify a UK passport address and telephone number but you can't play for cash. 🤬

They knew I was from the UK when filled in my form to join. They are a bunch of cowboys. I’m surprised they give you deposit back. I feel sick for believing they were a legit company. A hard lesson that has cost me £2000

Hello, I know that when a player loses money it is impossible to help him. But if your problem is also that you were able to register here and you filled out everything honestly and the casino closed your account for no reason, then I would use our feature complaint. Do you know what they closed your account for when you deposited there ? Did they tell you anything?

I've already explained as I got mugged off by them. They will verify all your UK documents accept deposits but won't pay out because 4.2 in Ninewins t@cs state players from the UK is a juratiction that is forbidden to play for real money. That's how the got me for 2k and him the same. I opened a chargeback complaint with my bank and at least got my deposits back.

Yes I saw that, but the situation of the other player may be different. It is certainly not right for a casino to verify a player from a country that is restricted to them. And especially if they take deposits from such players, they should be able to pay out when they win. Of course, I would also recommend players to look at such basic things that can cause unnecessary inconvenience in casinos and thus restricted countries. I believe that if they knew about it, they would not register here. 😕
