NO RGP Casinos?

Are the any good casinos with no RTPs because I have noticed that a few times the casino I was playing at cheated a little

No RTP means No Return To the Player... I would prefer a decent RTP instead. You know the RTP is the game's aspects, not the casino's.

I'm sorry I think I meant no RGP because I really like sometimes a game cheated me out of a big win.
