Okay, I've moved your posts to the casino you're talking about.
Can you answer my questions, please?
So you didn't need to verify yourself, you played with the bonus and didn't lose anything, or rather, the casino didn't tell you anything and you still don't have any money.
From what I can see, they have a poor safety index and in some cases they didn't communicate with us.
Where do your winnings come from, sports betting or something else?
I wish you the best of luck, but you have a better chance of getting paid by Nitro than receiving any help on this forum.
Both are very unlikely.
You don't have to write this under every post that someone new writes here. Petronela explained to you why she couldn't help you, and I told you the same thing. If you can't understand that, let someone else help you, and I'm curious to see if they'll be successful.
I am publishing this complaint to inform the betting community and independent dispute resolution platforms about a critical issue regarding my funds on Nitrobetting (nitrobetting.eu).
Currently, two of my cryptocurrency withdrawal requests (via Litecoin) are being indefinitely held without any valid justification:
Withdrawal #428144: 650.00 USDT (LTC) — Submitted on July 15, 2026 (Pending for 15+ days)
Withdrawal #428531: 419.00 USDT (LTC) — Submitted on July 24, 2026 (Pending for 6+ days)
Total stuck balance: $1,069.00 USDT
My account is fully verified, and no further KYC/verification requests have been made on their end. More importantly, Nitrobetting's support team has explicitly confirmed via email that both my account and these specific withdrawals have successfully cleared all primary security checks, confirming there are no disputes or policy violations regarding my activity.
Despite these formal assurances, my funds remain completely locked. Customer support continues to delay the process with generic, copy-paste responses, claiming the transactions are subject to "additional layers of review"—all while refusing to provide a clear timeframe or any substantive explanation.
Freezing standard crypto payouts for over two weeks while offering nothing but canned responses is completely unacceptable for any reputable operator.
I am bringing this case into the public eye so other users are aware of how Nitrobetting handles legitimate payouts. I urge the platform management to process these pending withdrawals without further delay or provide valid blockchain transaction hashes (TXIDs).
Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I'm sorry to hear that your withdrawals have been delayed for so long. I completely understand how frustrating that situation must be for you.
I'd just like to clarify one important point about how Casino Guru works. Our forum is primarily a place where players can share their experiences, ask questions, and discuss online gambling-related topics with other members of the community.
If you are looking for assistance with a dispute involving a casino, the best place to submit your case is our Complaint Resolution Center. That is where our dedicated Complaint Team reviews the evidence, communicates directly with the casino, and, where possible, mediates between both parties to help reach a fair resolution. Complaint Resolution Center 👈👈
If you haven't already submitted a complaint there, I would encourage you to do so. Please include all relevant evidence, such as your communication with the casino and any supporting documentation, as this helps our Complaint Team assess the case more efficiently.
If you have any questions about the complaint process, feel free to ask, please.
Thank you for your guidance and advice!
However, I encountered two technical issues when trying to follow your instructions:
Link Error: Whenever I try to access the Complaint Resolution Center using your link, I get a "website takedown notice" error page.
Casino Not Listed: When I navigate to the complaint submission page directly, I am unable to select Nitrobetting (or any of its alternative domains/mirrors) because it does not appear in your casino search list at all.
Could you please advise on how to properly submit a complaint against Nitrobetting given these issues, or assist in manually adding the operator to the complaint system?
I appreciate your support!
You are welcome. The casino Nitrobet is listed because we are talking in its official thread, which probably indicates that you played in a different casino, but you do not need to worry; just go for the option that the casino is not in the list—it's actually right below the list.
Please add its full URL there since the Data Team has to work on identifying the casino in the first place.
I hope the casino cooperates with us and resolves the matter. I, however, do not understand this part: a "website takedown notice" error page, could you kindly provide a screenshot of the error? I'll take a look at that.
Thank you for your guidance and advice!

I would like to ask for your guidance regarding a complaint I wish to submit. My issue is with Nitrobetting (operating via nitrobetting.io and mynitro.io).
Since my situation specifically involves their sportsbook platform rather than the casino section, could you please clarify if I can file the complaint against the sportsbook directly? As far as I know, both sports betting and casino operations belong to the same parent brand and share the same management and processing team.
Thank you in advance for your assistance.
Additionally, regarding the error: I am unable to provide a screenshot because I no longer see your previous message containing the link. Has it been deleted?
Hello, you cannot see my previous messages because you keep posting in the wrong casino thread—Nitrobet Casino, while you are playing at Nitrobetting. Let me move this post to the proper one.
Sadly, if the matter involves sportsbetting we won't be able to help, and as I mentioned, when it comes to casinos, they're not to be trusted anyway, so the situation is not very good at all.
