I requested withdrawal after completing rollover of a bonus. Followed terms and havent been told otherwise. They have not asked to verify the account yet. I have reachout numerous times via chat.

So you didn't need to verify yourself, you played with the bonus and didn't lose anything, or rather, the casino didn't tell you anything and you still don't have any money.

From what I can see, they have a poor safety index and in some cases they didn't communicate with us.

Where do your winnings come from, sports betting or something else?

Yes when speaking with live chat they state the payout is under review however it has been since December 5th. There is no reason for any review to take this amount of time.

You don't have to write this under every post that someone new writes here. Petronela explained to you why she couldn't help you, and I told you the same thing. If you can't understand that, let someone else help you, and I'm curious to see if they'll be successful.
