My complaint that I was going to initiate was mainly on the $1250 they took from my winnings. I never thought it would take this long for a wire. I contacted them this morning asking where is my money and they said wait till the end of the day you should receive it. I also decided to try the slots again of course lost . Then I told them again that I am still very unhappy with finances decision on my 1250 removed. Dean said, We already went over all the details of that situation with you. I replied and said that money was in my account, Bonus finished and removed. Then I decided to reverse it as you have an option too and I did and my winnings from that should not have activated the previous bonus. very unhappy. They seem to get annoyed each time I bring that up.


Let me add this. During the documentation stage they asked me for my bank statement to make sure the wire is going to the right persons account. I never had to send that info for any other casino ever. Well I had no choice but I block out everything personal on it. Something is shady about them.
