I'm not sure if others have experienced the same issue, but the site seems to have problems registering bets. I've had the problem several times that my bets weren't counted, or I had to keep changing them so they would appear in my history and thus count towards the wagering requirement, which resulted in a loss of money (only €2). Unfortunately, support wasn't able to help or resolve the issue.

Hello, when you told support about this, what did they say? Did this happen on multiple slots or not?

Until you changed your bet, your spins weren't showing up in your game history?

The person I was talking to didn't quite understand what happened I think. I also have screenshots of the whole conversation. Basically the Support just looked into my history and told me everything works except it didn't unfortunately.

This mainly happened on Dice twice and Dice X Y. I haven't really tried any other slots but it's still confusing. I started with 5€ wagers, then went down to 4.90€, then 2€, 1€ and 90ct. Only that way I was able to actually fulfill the required wager amount. Anything in between like 4.80€-2.10€ wasn't possible after 3/4 Spins and therefore had to be changed to 2€.

I'm not sure if this is a counter measure against potential low risk betting or something like that but it was quite frustrating and confusing, since I also didn't find any clue in the T&S (might've looked at the wrong section).

Overall the support was quite useless in this case and I needed to figure it out on my own, and there was a potential risk to lose a lot more money then just 2€.

At the end they Support asked me if I'd like 12 free spins or 2.5€ as a bonus. Probably as a sort of compensation for the issue.

I understand the problem. Maybe I would look at exactly what you described with low risk bets in terms of whether they have anything about it there.

Of course, if it was only a loss of 2e, then it's not bad, and I can see that they tried to compensate for this loss. 

But I would be careful if you play there again and record everything as soon as something is not right.

Honestly I don't think I'll play there again based on the experience I had. I did record/screenshot that the tracking didn't seem to work but the support seemingly didn't understand so yeah, I'll stay away from the casino just in case.

I don't blame you. I know that this kind of situation can leave an unpleasant impression, and if you know that there wasn't much you could do about it with the casino, I would probably have done the same.

I'll keep my fingers crossed that a similar situation doesn't arise again. 🙂
