national casino scam

Hello people, I made an account on this platform to let you know that yesterday I made an account at national casino.. I made a deposit for 5000 Argentine pesos and it charged me twice. I called the bank and they confirmed that I had the same order number.. obviously I communicated via chat with the casino and by mail they replied that they only charged 5000... be careful because this casino is a scam. I will make the corresponding complaints if you have any information where you can report them directly it will be welcome otherwise I will find out on my own

Hello Pandurolia2022, I would just like to make sure what is the problem. What does it mean you have "the same order number", please? Did your bank confirmed that the amount was deducted from your account twice? Thank you

in this case, I would say that the best way is to submit a reclamation through your bank, officially. The bank should investigate and get in touch with the casino's payment provider.

Nacional Casino does not want to pay me even with my verified account the payment is pending... but it never arrives and before it only took 2 hours for the payment to arrive and now I have not been paid for several hours

Hi, sometimes it can take a bit longer to collect if there are some problems on the payment provider's side. Have you tried to ask live chat or support what's going on and why it takes longer than usual ? Did you withdraw the same way you always do or did you use a different method ?
