This casino stole my winnings of 600 euros in November 2024, can i still open a complaint if i have their email? They accused me of a lot of things, which of course were untrue and i see they did it to a lot of players on their sister casinos such as Wettson for example?

I have also deposited 25 euro last night and won 100 euros on Wettson, i am worried they won't pay me too using same excuse for 3rd time.

Regarding Wettson, I would treat that as a separate and current issue. If you are worried, I would strongly recommend not depositing more or playing further until you see whether the casino processes your withdrawal. If they refuse to pay you or the withdrawal becomes seriously delayed without a clear explanation, you can then consider submitting a separate complaint for that casino.

Also, please be careful with both casinos, as according to our reviews they both have a very low Safety Index.
