If you want to discuss anything related to MYBC.game Casino, such as its games, bonuses, payment methods, issues with your account, responsible gambling features, or anything else, you can do so here.
what to say, what message to send? that's what happens when you just click on some "casino" there. I should have read something about this casino first, especially player complaints. and I can already see that I'm not the only one who has problems with KYC verification. same case. and to get bonus FS for new players, e-mail, phone and KYC must be verified. i went through all that, got the FS, played them, and made the deposit. everything went smoothly, until I requested a withdrawal. then they asked for KYC again, so this time I was rejected. and now I see complaints from some players, and everything is the same as with me.
Alright. Since you have to go through verification again, what exactly is the casino asking you to provide this time?
You mentioned that some of your documents were rejected. Do you know why? Did the casino give you any specific reason or explain what was wrong with them?
Let me know a bit more about that so we can better understand where the problem is.
Don't play there. 1st withdrawal paid, all following withdrawals getting denied, email support doesn't ever bother with replying, live support not helpful either, only stalling. Unfortunately I was only sports betting there, so can't file a casino complaint here, but at least trying to warn other bettors.
Hi. It’s good that you clarified straight away that this is related to sports betting.
What has the casino actually told you about the fact that you still haven’t received the rest of your money?
I’d say that the fact they’ve already paid you at least part of it is a positive sign. For now, I’d probably wait a little longer for the remaining amount, even though I understand that waiting for your own money isn’t exactly pleasant.
Since this is a sports-betting issue, we unfortunately wouldn’t normally be able to handle it through our complaint process. However, you still have the option of taking the case to another service that deals with sports-betting disputes, so the door certainly isn’t closed if the problem continues.
Jaro, the same excuse everywhere. It's already clear to me what kind of Casino this is when they didn't even respond to the official complaint of a player from India. My problem is the same, and I see on the chipy.com forum there are several other similar complaints. It's just that someone writes in Spanish, someone uses slang so I didn't understand them. If I had read carefully, I wouldn't have wasted my time playing in this new casino. And once they started, they'll end very quickly.
I understand. Still, if you have a genuine unresolved problem with the casino, I personally think it makes sense to have it properly assessed through our complaint process.
If the casino then refused to cooperate or the complaint eventually ended unresolved because of the casino’s actions, that could result in black points and negatively affect its Safety Index. At least that way, other players would also have more information available and could take it into account before deciding whether to play there.
Of course, the decision is ultimately yours, but a complaint is probably one of the best tools we have to properly examine situations like this and establish whether there is actually something problematic about the way the casino operates.
Hello, I forgot to reply. Unfortunately, there's no hope for me anymore, as you can see in the screenshot (account locked).

Obviously, I had only one account there + no bonus. If I did anything wrong, I would just accept it, move on and wouldn't waste my time to catch up with support, writing emails etc.
Hello, that's certainly an unfortunate development. Did you think about asking some other website for help? Ask Gamblers claims to focus on matters related to Sportsbetting.
I also understand that from this perspective, it looks more like the casino is convinced that more accounts were registered. Since you said that no bonus was taken, I assume it's a fancy screen for both of those situations. I wish I could say that our mediators will find this sufficient for further investigation through the complaint. To be honest, I can see how the request could be rejected.
It really confuses me that a portion of the winnings were paid, or at least it appeared to be if I understood the previous communication correctly.
I did not have any issue with the kyc process would I have an issue with is the fact that I deposited $30 I won a substantial amount they tell me in order to get a withdrawal I have to convert it to Litecoin which they did and I put in for the withdrawal of 30 Litecoin which is the equivalent of $1,700 USD approximately they sent me $154 and they wiped out the rest of the funds on my account I have screenshots of everything all the communications the email everything I talked to customer service several times and this last time they tell me there is an issue with my deposit well there was no issue the problem is they refunded it and they only did this to try to get out of paying me this is a scam this is fraud they owe me $2,700 and I want my money
Receiving only $154 and then finding the rest of your balance gone is understandably frustrating, especially after contacting support several times.
Your screenshot shows one $30 deposit marked successful, another $30 entry pending, and a bonus credit of approximately $5. It doesn’t show the subsequent refund, so the casino’s explanation is important here. What exactly did support say was wrong with your deposit, and how did they explain removing the winnings?
Could you also clarify which games you played and whether that $5 bonus was involved in building your balance? That would help us understand whether any bonus conditions could be relevant and determine the appropriate next step.
The timing helps, although it doesn’t yet tell us whether any bonus conditions still applied when you made the $30 deposit. Had the $5 bonus already been lost, cancelled, or fully wagered before that deposit, or was some of it still in your balance?
There’s also one part of my earlier question still unanswered: which games did you play to build those winnings- slots, live casino games, or sports bets? That matters for determining whether our complaints team can assess the dispute.
Since support hasn’t given you a clear explanation, I wouldn’t assume the bonus was the reason they removed your balance. We still need to establish what they based that decision on.
This is what I sent to one of the people working for this casino they pretty much robbed me of $2,800 and I've been trying to get them to give it back
If you look at my latest posts in this thread you will see what I'm talking about you guys came to the wrong decision I don't know if it's a clerical error or what but I've got pictures to show exactly what I'm saying that I was at $0 my free spins bonus was done with I had already played through all that money before I deposited the $30 and then I won fair and square and I should be able to withdraw my full amount which was 55 plus Litecoin which comes out to about $2,800 Plus of USD and you will see exactly what I'm talking about just look at the pictures just look at my transaction history my bet history

And here is the final piece of evidence that I needed to show that their system screwed me over because if you look at the sequence numbers which I circled in yellow and you look at the balance before and after which I circled in purple you will see that the system through that bonus in on my account after I made my deposit not before
They say they're still working on it and they've escalated the situation the only thing I can do is wait and see I suppose but either they're doing this to people on purpose or it was just a slight clerical glitch a system hiccup I don't know what you want to call it but the bottom line is they took 2800 from me and I want it back and they should give it back
Hopefully, the escalation will bring a specific explanation of why they removed your balance and how they calculated the amount they paid you.
There is one detail in your highlighted screenshot worth clarifying: immediately before the $30 deposit, it shows a USD balance of zero, but also a total balance of approximately $5.10. A zero balance in one currency therefore doesn’t necessarily mean the entire account was empty. The screenshot alone doesn’t establish that the bonus was added after your deposit, although it also doesn’t justify the casino’s decision to remove your winnings.
Your complaint is already open with Karla, and I can see that you’ve submitted further replies there. The transaction timeline and the status of that bonus need to be assessed together, so I’d give her time to review the information.
If the casino sends you a concrete explanation following this escalation, please add it to your existing complaint and keep us updated here too.
