Hi guys. I recently had my Mr Pacho account hacked with the hackers gaining access to my withdrawals and changing them from bank transfer to crypto. Luckily I managed to thwart them by canceling withdrawals and changing passwords numerous times but they also gained access to my email and caused issues there and also my phone number. If you are playing and notice strange things going on please check everything is ok and not just ignore it. After some digging i found that the origins of this hack were Ukraine or Russia. I have since had harassing messages on whatsapp which has backfired on them as I now have their details and harass them at all hours.

We always warn our users to be really careful with their credentials and never give them to anyone. Also, when having an account, it is always good to create a different username than the name of the email.
Once they got into my account the details such as email & phone are freely available. My username was not remotely like my email nor my password. I have no idea how they did it but once i changed password on both my account and email they lost access. They tried numerous times to get into my email unsuccessfully. I informed the casino who froze my account and I will not be going back.

Hi there. No there was no phishing scam and I can just assume I had a slack password they somehow managed to access. Nothing else other than my pacho account and was accessed but I did change passwords almost immediately. After the initial breach I received a number of attempts to access that were thwarted by my 2FA. My account is still frozen due to excessive failed password attempts so it can stay that way as far as I am concerned.
I don’t think so, if there is it’s literally cents. When the hit happened I had a $2,000 withdrawal pending and that’s what they were after. It got paid out after a couple of days.

We actually have seen such things happening to our users when they had the same username with the email address. The scammers got to them and, unfortunately, in some cases were successful. 😢
