Mr punter why the high score?

Was just wondering why mr punter has an 8.2 safety rating and it states no complaints and very low withheld winnings, when if you continue scrolling down page , there's actually a good few complaints (I have herd more than a few myself). Trustpilot who I think are terrible for giving an honest view on an honest casino seem to have mr punters number , why hasn't casino guru. Im pretty sure 8.2 is not just generous it's plain wrong. I trust this platform and have for a while and just hope it hasn't at worst let it's morals slip and maybe at best had the wool pulled over its eyes? Or maybe am I wrong and are the general voice of the people wrong? In my experience public opinion is a casinos bond and is rarely wrong.

Would love to hear the view from someone at casino guru, not knocking platform I use casino guru all the time just perplexed?

Hello, I would answer your question as follows. The casino has written what you describe mainly because it has no unresolved complaint so far. The fact that it has other open ones does not mean that the players will be 100% refused their money, because so far some of them have been solved and some of them have been rejected by us. When it is confirmed that players have had money taken from them unjustly and we are on their side and the casino does not resolve anything and the complaints remain unresolved, then the safety index will change and will be lower. But if the casino tries to resolve the problems and there is a delay, which is not pleasant but happens in better or worse casinos, then I see no reason for the safety index to change. Withdrawals depend on many things and it is not always black and white as it may seem.

I really don't think there's a better way to find a decent, honest casino. I know Mr punter is quite a fresh casino maybe time will be telling maybe not. Thanks for getting bk to me.

It's not a problem at all, I'm glad I could explain it to you. If the casino is relatively new, I recommend leaving it aside for a while so that other players can find some who have experience. Then you can decide based on that whether to play in such a casino or not. Until then, I would choose ones that are verified by you and you don't have any problems. Yes I have just started playing at 31bet, which has been a good find thanks to Casino guru, very much like mystake or even more like freshbet. Yet to be lucky enough to make a withdrawal but games play really well and verification process was easy enough.

Other than that it's mystake, rolletto, velobet and cosmobet. Yet to find any non uk regulated casinos any better than mystake and it's sistersites really. I just find there slots play better than other places.

I have just started regularly scanning the new casinos tab here to find any new ones 31 bet being the latest and best I've found for a while.🙂

With new and therefore fresh casinos it's sometimes tricky I would say to find out how it will behave. If it's part of an established group that's fine but there can be a lot of scam casinos nowadays because it's an online space and players often forget to check the information and deposit only when they are sure it might be ok.
