Deposited a couple of hundred £ managed to win around £800.. verified my profile all passed requested a withdrawal of £700 and they cancelled it after 4 days due to a security audit, emailed support multiple times as live chat doesn’t work to see what / if I need to do anything but no response

Do not use this site!! I withdrew £1700 on the 9th November,and mrthrills cancelled it on the 19th for no reason,i had to start the withdrawal process again which takes 7- 21 days!! This is definitely a fraudulent site, they are doing everything they can to not give me my money. I will be reporting this website.

Have they at least explained the reason for the cancelation?

I'm sorry for your situation, but at least you submitted your complaint, and if the casino doesn't reply to it, it will finish as unresolved, which will bring their safety index even lower so everyone can be alert.

After reading the articles about mrthrills casino.....is there really nothing that can be done about these scammers? I think casinoguru could cooperate with payment intermediaries and game providers.....money transfers by banks should be stopped and game providers should take the games out of service......SIMPLY? Criteria 1 unpaid withdrawal without justification. What do 8n gamblers think?

I believe that the guru will acquire authority. The guru has the best knowledge and experience of the casino that needs to be removed from the casino business. Cooperation with game suppliers is the first step .....where are the ethics/morality of the game suppliers .....they enable CRIMINAL FUNDING .....getting a share of the shady business myself.

Would the guru have an interest in getting rid of "shady casinos". Why wouldn't the guru have a discussion with the game publishers so that criminals don't rent games...I understand that the game publishers get money from it....the casinos make money....don't pay out winnings......complain to the guru.....The casino doesn't cooperate with the guru.....and the matter remains as it is....the players "boil in anger" and the casino claps its hairy hands....
