I made a withdrawal request for 204 euro more than 173 hours ago, I contacted the chat, they wrote to me that requests are usually processed within 24 hours. I asked several times within what period I should expect the request to be processed, I do not receive any specific answer. Tottaly slowly withdraw, i am not sure that i will receive my money. Yes, i am waiting but they lie in the first day that withdrawal request is reviewed till 24 hours. I am attaching a screenshot. After this lie i am not sure that they are not scamed me. My withdrawal is not reviewed.

I’d be disappointed too if I got a message like that and then had to wait for a week. I think casinos should probably avoid setting time limits on withdrawals because when they don’t meet them, players get frustrated. And I don’t blame them.
