Hi everyone, I’m posting because my experience doesn’t match the overall tone of this thread.

A lot of the comments here are very positive, which is fine, but many of them are also weirdly similar and generic — and I’m clearly not the only one who noticed that, since it was already mentioned earlier in the thread. Also, one user openly said he was rewarded for leaving a review. I’m not accusing anyone, but that’s exactly why I think it’s fair to share a real, detailed experience.

Here’s mine:

1) Withdrawals / verification

Withdrawals turned into a never-ending verification loop. I had issues not only with the documents, but also with phone verification. I sent what they asked for, then it got rejected for new reasons, then they asked for more. It felt like constant stalling and moving the goalposts.

2) Bonus removal

I asked support to remove a deposit bonus because I didn’t want it. They kept telling me "yes, we’ll do it right away," but nothing happened. It took 4 days and multiple follow-ups before it was actually removed.

Just sharing this so people can decide with more than just the generic positive comments. Based on what I went through, I wouldn’t recommend this casino.
