I have contacred them regarding account clouse but they say the dont have an option to permernantly close accounts. I dont want to install gambling protection software as i just want that acvount closing. Any ideas on what i can do?

Hello there,

even though the casino does not look pretty good based on its reputation, we marked the responsible gambling tools as "good", hence I can't imagine that there is no such an option for account closure.

Could you paste some screenshots showing the casino's reply, please?

Did you mention the gambling problem? Just asking, not saying that you're a gambler. I would assume that they must close the account if addiction is mentioned, it's a matter of safety, after all.

They have now closed my account for 30 days which is all they will do. I dont have any screen shots of conversations but now i know you need them i will screen shot them when they re open my account next month and i ask them to close it again. I did mention i had a problem but they still will only close for 30 days. Even if you install the gam block etc sortware you can still access your account with them. I dont have a problem as such but i need this account closing before it causes issues.

I totally understand that in such a situation, you need to be sure that the account stays closed!

The only thing that is getting to my mind now is to set some random password and delete cookies and password history. This should make you unable to access the account, BUT will not help in the manner of how things should work if you ask the casino for the account closure.

If you happen to have any conversation with the casino, Let me know, please.

Thank you for your help. I will get in touch with them when they reopen my account and send you screen shots. I find it upsetting that people who might have an issue can't get their accounts closed. It's not good.

by submitting the complaint you'll give us the chance to review the process and possibly advise the casino about what is wrong.
