If you want to discuss anything related to Millioner Casino, such as its games, bonuses, payment methods, issues with your account, responsible gambling features, or anything else, you can do so here.
Millioner casino is pawning my money. No, I haven't played with bonus money and I've been a customer for a long time and I play at VIP level.
In VIP, the withdrawal should be processed within 24 hours, but now, despite all my requests, it has taken 3.5 days.
Aspa lies as much as he can. The other day they said "it's just in your account". Sometimes they rush it, sometimes they raise the priority, many times they have misunderstood and changed the withdrawal to VIP level.
Absolutely incomprehensible behavior. Yesterday, I was completely blocked from customer service chat, so I can no longer even inquire about the matter other than by email, where they talk about a response delay of days.
And the craziest thing about this is that it's a €155 withdrawal that means a lot to me right now but nothing to them.
I hope that you will get your winnings as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, our complaint team is unable to intervene before the 14 days pass, so please let us know how it goes.
Have you ever successfully withdrawn anything from this casino, by the way?
Hi there,
I am new at casino.guru.
I felt forced to open an account and to start this discussion.
I have an account at millioner.com (as from 13th April 2026) and I am waiting for many weeks for my withdrawals.
I placed (and I am placing) many bets with them, I used the sportsbook welcome bonus in the past (which I wagered). But I also play casino (unfortunately I lost 1000euro with live games).
There are no open requests for the KYC, in fact I received a first withdrawal about 4 weeks ago.
There is no open wager-request. I was and I am avoiding bonuses for weeks.
I have three pending withdrawals for 500 euro each, they have been recorded on 27th April, 2nd May and 7th May.
In addition I have a balance next to 3k.
When I ask for clarification about my withdrawals, I keep receiving feedback to wait..
They use many standard answers via live chat and email, but concretely nothing is changing.
Today is June 2nd. I think it is really a long time.
I have recorded may screenshots.
I need for some help, please.
Hi, your complaint is already under review, so that’s what I would do too. Do your winnings come only from sports betting, or also from the casino? Waiting this long doesn’t seem quite normal to me, and I don’t understand why the casino says you still have to wait. It’s not right if it takes this long.
You mentioned something about KYC, so you didn’t need to verify your identity, right? When you said you received the money a month ago, how long did it take back then?
Winnings came from Sportsbook. I was a loser in the casino (my bad). Yersteday (2nd June) I wagered a lot in the live casino again, and I lost about 50 euro.
My deposits were with my Visa or via Bank wire. The Kyc was never requested, I can assume/speculate because my identity was verified by one of their partner brands OR why they runned whatever background check. In any case, they never requested me to perform further steps, I would have no problems in doing that.
They allow to withdraw maximum 500euro per day, up to maximum 3 open/pending requests. I started requesting withdrawals on 27 th April and requested others at the beginning of May.
I received one withdrawal on 11th May to the same Visa that I used for depositing.
Thank you for your response and for all the additional information. However, as far as assistance is concerned, if the winnings come solely from sports betting, we likely won’t be able to help you, since we don’t specialize in that area; we don’t have sufficient insight or the staff and experts who understand it well enough.
So I hope you manage to resolve the situation and that it’s just a simple delay.
Hi Jaroslav, I understand that.
However this is a casino brand where I am playing live casino as well. This brand behaves unfairly and the reason is not based on "where are the winnings coming from".
I searched for further reviews online and unfortunately it seems to be a pattern (maybe they buy time until the customers lose everything).
I already lost 1000 euro real money with the live casino. Should I lose the actual balance (more than 2800) because they do not pay out?
Your help is really needed. Please!!
I am a sportsbook+casino player who is waiting for weeks for a legit real money payouts.
They attract players with many promotions and honor only the first payout. Then they let you become desperate.
Please contact them asking for a clarification. They do not give me a reason for the delays, the do not mention problema with the wager OR with the kyc.
I asked for their official license number so that I can submit an official complaint but they refuse to share such info!
Hmm, well, if you’ve also been playing at the casino, that’s great, but if your winnings come solely from sports betting, I don’t think we’ll be able to help—but you’ll see what our team has to say about it.
Of course, the casino might try to drag things out so you lose your money; it wouldn’t be the first time casinos have done that. Of course, you definitely shouldn’t gamble with anything, because if you lose it, there’s nothing left to help with.
Thanks again.
I will wait for the feedback of your team. As mentioned before I have 3x500euro in pending withdrawals and a balance of about 2800 euro (which i use for both sportsbook and casino live). Yesterday I wagered several hundreds with "live casino" and won something. Again, I am using only real money balance. I am avoiding any kind of bonus and potential tricks with terms and conditions.
Your help is really needed. I am afraid that they will not payout despite my legit gambling activity.
Thanks!
