But how come they need to send you the winnings through the wire transfer? Didn't they offer you any other payment method? Wire transfer is usually used by casinos as a very last resort and most of casinos actually want to avoid sending money through the wire transfer.

It all started with their free bonus that gives 10usd earn 1000usd with which I was sure they only gave 150 because I contacted them. Hi, when you contacted live chat they told you that the money you have left can be used when you played a tournament with them ? Of course, I assume that the bonus you played with was subject to max win, so that's why you were only allowed to withdraw such amount and eventually the money was taken away from you as well. Anyway, did you ask the support why this happened ?
