I register in this casino and send verification documents but in the address that I have registered I have put Calle Ofunato 18 Poligono la Choza and it's wrong because it is only Calle Ofunato 18 (I didn't put Poligono la Choza ..... it came out only in the Registration)
Now it turns out that they tell me that the registered address does not match with the bank statement
It is the same in the extract as in the casino registry ..... the only thing that is not right is "Poligono la hut" that should be removed from the casino registry, just that. In the chat they do not help to remove that
I repeat: my address is Calle Ofunato 18 and the casino register says "Ofunato 18. Poligono la hut .... and that's why they don't verify my account.
Incredible
All the casinos that I open through Guru are just as bad. Mine is bad luck
Hello everyone: the address is already solved.
Today they give me a withdrawal of 172 euros, because before continuing to play, I want to see if they pay quickly or not to continue playing or otherwise unsubscribe from this casino.
Well, pay attention because they charge me 50 euros of transfer fees (WIRE), it means that of the 172 euros I will only get (if they arrive) 122 euros.
I have never seen a casino that charges 50 euros for a transfer of 172 euros.
I say it in case any user reads this, that they know what they are going to charge for Wire
It is very clear that you do not want to play in this casino.
a greeting
Hello canabero. Good that address is solved.
On the other hand, do I understand correctly, that you allready paid 50€ tranfer fees in advance but still waiting for won amount? Did they provide you any explanation of what this fee specifically consists of, why it is so sky high, please?
But how come they need to send you the winnings through the wire transfer? Didn't they offer you any other payment method? Wire transfer is usually used by casinos as a very last resort and most of casinos actually want to avoid sending money through the wire transfer.
It can only be withdrawn by transfer or Bitcoin, there are no more options.
Withdraw 172 euros before continuing to play to see if they paid quickly.
I have received 122 euros today so it took a short time to pay but they have taken away 50 euros of transfer fees.
As I consider this to be a robbery, I no longer play at this casino.
50 euros for a transfer of 172 euros ...... what a big robbery
It all started with their free bonus that gives 10usd earn 1000usd with which I was sure they only gave 150 because I contacted them. Then it occurred to me that I could play tournaments with what I had left until I reached 150 and thus withdraw what corresponded to me and have another opportunity without inflicting anything since it does not say anywhere that it cannot be used but it does say that it cannot be withdrawn . To which we had several sessions with the support people so I participated and won 50 USD which not only was they denied me but now I can magically only withdraw 100 USD
Hi, when you contacted live chat they told you that the money you have left can be used when you played a tournament with them ? Of course, I assume that the bonus you played with was subject to max win, so that's why you were only allowed to withdraw such amount and eventually the money was taken away from you as well. Anyway, did you ask the support why this happened ?
Let me know.
This place is a scam dont waste your money it took me 3 days to get verified and after all that now they say I have to deposit to withdraw but I refuse they can keep there 250 I dont even want it it's not worth the headache I should not have to pay money jsut to get what I won fair and square so avoid these scam artist at all cost im in process of filing a lawsuit against them for unfair business practices save ur money and gamble on stake.us never had a single issue with withdrawing my winnings from them but there the only ones
Hi,
Based on what you've described, I wouldn't necessarily conclude that the casino is a scam.
If the casino is asking you to make a small deposit as part of the verification process, this is actually a fairly common practice. Some casinos require a minimal deposit to verify the payment method that will be used for withdrawals.
If that's the case, then what they're asking for is generally considered a standard verification procedure. However, if they're requesting a significantly larger deposit or repeatedly asking you to deposit more money before releasing your winnings, then I would advise being cautious, as that would be a different situation.
Could you please clarify how much they are asking you to deposit in order to process your withdrawal?
Damn, what a shame... I earned €1400 with the €10 welcome bonus and from what I'm reading I won't even be able to withdraw €100... €150 max minus €50 commission... And on top of that, they're demanding a €75 deposit, which I haven't made. I hope they don't take too long.
Hello. The fact that the casino has a maximum cashout for bonus winnings is quite normal.
What I find more unusual is the €50 commission. Did you ask the casino what exactly this fee is for and why they require it? The €75 deposit they’re asking for isn’t exactly a small amount either. If you calculate everything together, you’d basically end up only around €25 in profit after paying both amounts, which doesn’t seem very worthwhile.
Also, have you already requested a withdrawal when you say you hope it won’t take them too long? I’m wondering whether the withdrawal can even be processed if the casino requires this deposit from you and you haven’t made it, as that could potentially become an issue.
Try to explain the situation to me in a bit more detail. For now, I wouldn’t deposit anything else until we understand exactly what they’re asking for and why.
The maximum withdrawal is 5 times the bonus or the minimum amount of your chosen withdrawal method. In my case, since the bonus is €10, the best option is to withdraw via bank transfer, where the minimum is €150, although €50 must be deducted for the commission. They require a prior deposit of €25 to process the withdrawal, and this €25 must be wagered at least once before it can be withdrawn. So, what I'm going to do is deposit the €25, wager €25, and withdraw the €150 bonus plus any remaining balance from the €25 wagered. This will give a net result of €75 plus the winnings from the €25 deposited and wagered.
Sure, thanks for clarifying.
I don’t think a €25 deposit is particularly high, so personally I wouldn’t be too concerned about that amount. A 1x wagering requirement on the deposit also seems quite reasonable.
Hopefully, you’ll be able to complete the wagering without any issues and then withdraw your funds successfully.
