community@casino.guru
I have just forwarded the original email i received with your logo which i thought.was genuily you guys i was being advised by hence the emails i sent in return
Hello, and thank you. This was indeed an email from Matěj. However, you kind of messed up the context...
At first you complain that you have to deposit money in order to receive your winnings from a no deposit bonus. Since this is typical, your complaint was dismissed, and Matěj subsequently sent you an email explaining that the particular deposit is a verification deposit that must be made in order to receive payment. For upcoming withdrawals, it registers and confirms the payment method you want to use. Matěj sent you some advice on how to stay safe in casinos because you refused to make the verification deposit.
Is it now clear, please?
I played at MegawinEmpire.today. When I tried to withdraw my winnings, they demanded an extra $250 deposit to release the money.
This is a clear scam: no legitimate casino ever asks for more money to process a withdrawal.
They refuse to pay and are unlicensed and fraudulent.
I have screenshots of their messages requesting this extra deposit.
Please warn others so they do not fall for this scam.

Hello, as our review shows, this casino is a scam. I don't know how else we should inform players, and I don't understand why they play there at all. It's a good idea to look up some information about a casino before you go there to play.
What you're saying is true, casinos don't ask for any money to complete verification, and certainly not such a large amount. If you deposited it there, they would ask for more money for "faster withdrawals."
So definitely don't play there anymore, you won't be able to withdraw your money.
As you said your freind matje does he work for guru? Just wondering why he sends emails saying its support from megawin casino saying to deposit ? Realy strange
Hay peeps let me know if its the right thing or wrong thing as i play a casino and one pokie i might play !? Dosent register that you up your bet say from 5 to 10 ! But all the pays and majors and minor pots adjust acordingly but still only 5 getting debited from your bank roll
I'm sorry, but I do not understand you at all. Did you perhaps see a fake account purporting to be Casino.Guru or something promoting scams? Well, those are scam practices used by scammers; of course they are impersonating the most recognized companies. See those threads:
