Anyone, what you're describing here to me sounds like a simple case. You took a bonus, the bonus have certain terms and conditions applied. One of the conditions says that that you can withdraw the maximum of 50 EUR from the bonus - not more.

So it doesn't really matter that you played more. The bonus conditions are still applied until you make a withdrawal so you should be able to withdraw 50 EUR according to what you're saying.
