As I can see in the system, your first attempt to complain about this casino was rejected. Is this an update, perhaps? The disputed amount seems different. If so, feel free to send it to the complaint team or submit the complaint again if you're convinced the casino made a mistake.
Accessing the casino account from someone else's device is not a good idea, I fear. Is this rule you were supposed to breach fully stated in the casino rules?
