I just wanted to provide you with an update as to the result of the complaint made by my wife against Mega Medusa.
After some back and forth (and a lot of excellent work by Casino Guru!), the casino refunded the entire confiscated $1000 back to my wife and she received her cashout a couple of days later. We were very happy with this outcome as we knew the actions by the casino from the onset were unjust and unfair. Credit to them for admitting this and refunding the money though.
We could not have done this without the help of CG and we were very impressed with how the whole situation was handled.
Hi, we’re also glad it ended well and that everything worked out in the end, and most importantly, fairly. In today’s world, that’s probably important, and when a casino is willing to admit its mistakes, it’s a great thing and good publicity.
