Hi, I think the first thing I’d do is check whether it’s actually possible to withdraw as much as you won from the bonus, or if the bonus had a withdrawal limit.
In any case, if your balance hasn’t decreased, it probably isn’t a problem. How long have you been waiting for the money? What payment method did you use?
Hello. So I got the bonus of £500 with my own deposit of £500. I made around £2,000 with it. It said wagering complete and all real money now. Then i made further £1,000 with it. I have sent documents since Thursday, along with one withdrawal of £633 but it is all pending and no one is responding on emails. I used debit card to fund it
Great, so you're still going through verification, right? That's probably why you haven't received the money yet. So what exactly did you have to send to the casino? Have any of the documents been accepted yet?
This casino is a scam. They gave me a free £5 bet for the World Cup. I won £70 but they still haven’t paid out my winnings. It’s been 4 days & still nothing. I’ve contacted them multiple times & been told it is getting sorted. Don’t play with this casino clearly is a scam & don’t even pay out when you win.
Hello, I checked this thread and it seems that other players have also discussed delayed payouts related to bonuses. So, in my opinion, if the casino hasn't voided the money, there's little reason to panic just yet. The way I see it, the casino should have processed the payout by now, but it has been delayed. That's certainly not very cool, but the thing is whether the casino will eventually pay.
Just a question if you don't mind—did you see the casino review? It's not among the safest around here.
Please do not bother; this is part of the group promoting some sort of services on the forum. The person has been banned. In any case, I suggest we stay in touch to see what happens next. Maybe it's a matter of time; that's still an option.
I don’t know why they would send me £5 bonus for the World Cup. I only won £70. They haven’t even put winnings in my betting account. It’s been 5 days now & no sign off them putting the money in my betting account. So what chance do I have when I go to withdraw the money.
Hello, well, if the casino decides not to pay the winnings due to a breach of sports betting rules, there is not much to do, at least from my perspective. Sportsbooks can easily forbid winnings based on many rules and without proving it, since this is usually for security reasons based on disclosed internal findings.
Even its casino branch seems to be problematic, as the review shows.
