Hello today I trust you are well,

I was asked if I had anything to say before you contacted the casino directly, I would just like to reiterate no bonus of any kind was used in generating my winnings. And even if they have this stupid percentage rule which dictates a maximum stake, how can they take from me money that I won on another game on another day where no " rules" were breached.

Hello, and good day to you!

Thank you for this info - I will just add that it is associated with your complaint. Details are provided here:

When it comes to breaching the maximum bet rule, we apply this approach:

Needless to say, you play in the casino with a very low safety index, and I fear they won't be very fond of fair stand:

Have you seen this before?

Hello casino guru,

I have never read that deep into the rules and regulations of a casino. I thought I would be treated fairly and still can't believe what's happened and the fact that they seem to be a law unto themselves. Maybe I'm being a bit naive, but If I had lost my full account balance they wouldn't have credited me with the stake for the " illegal bet" I'm very grateful for your help in this matter, but I must ask, with your experience is there any chance of this being resolved favourably.

Hi, it is good to be interested in such information especially when it comes to casinos.

Of course, if you lost your balance, it probably wouldn't matter much to the casino. Usually the casino will get in touch if you break some Terms and Conditions and win.

As for whether it is possible that your complaint will be resolved, I don't want to be skeptical, but since the casino hasn't resolved many complaints lately, there is a chance that it will remain that way in this case. However, maybe there is a small chance, but I don't want to give false hope.

For the time being, we will have to wait and see where your case goes from here and what the end result will be. If there is anything new you learn, don't hesitate to share it here on the forum.

People, companies, casino's and criminals and conmen in general need a deterrent to curb their enthusiasm. If this outfit can operate in this manner with impunity with no recourse then they will never stop blatantly robbing people as it's win win for them. If people like your good selves don't have specific powers to punish these bullies like threatening their license or a hefty fine if they fail to comply with the adjudication of an independent body., Then bad publicity is the only weapon which is no deterrent at all when you consider the tens of thousands of pounds involved across the full spectrum of victims. This must very frustrating for you and quite disheartening. Is mediating a compromise a possibility.

I can see your point of view and what you describe is true. However, we do not have the power to financially fine casinos or revoke their licenses. We provide information about casinos and we try to make sure that players don't get somewhere where they might get into an unpleasant situation just for playing there. We can add black points to casinos if they are not interested in solving players' problems, which lowers their safety index. Players can then look up information about the casino based on that. The lower the safety index, the more unsafe the casino is for the player, I would say.

Anyway, I accept that bad advertising is probably not enough, but information can be found everywhere nowadays. Since we also provide them, I think that every player can decide on the basis of them whether it is suitable for him to deposit in a casino. I always recommend doing your research and gathering as much information about a casino as possible before you decide to play there. This is not to say that there can't be a problem in a casino with a better safety index. But I do think that there might be less chance of something negative happening.

I hope I have made myself clear and helped to clarify the situation.
