Has anyone played on luckyruns? just want to get some feedback on what people think, before I make a deposit.

Hey, could you share the url of the casino, according to what I have seen we don't have it in our database, so it would be good to create a review for it. 

I see you haven't tried it yet and it's good to get information about the casino first, so I hope someone will give you their experience if they played there.

Hi, my experiences so far are not very good. The casino apparently operates with an MGA license but I can't say that it is a guarantee of fair and honest operations. Marketed as an "instant casino", well not really. Difficulties with withdrawals. They delay the kyc process.

Hi, when you mention delay, I would first check the verification process. Is there something causing problems, for example, the casino asking for one document at a time, or have you sent everything and they just haven't responded yet? How long does it take? 

By instant casino, I guess you mean withdrawals, but you can't do that without verification, so maybe the casino will surprise you later when you complete the verification.

The kyc was approved right away....when I made a withdrawal, it was returned to my account balance and additional documents were requested....after 13 uploaded documents, apparently the kyc has been confirmed....but...they reject the document and return the withdrawal to the account balance....and every time the withdrawal process starts over....if the docs are approved.....when returning the funds to the account...they activate a few free spins on it....you cannot make a new withdrawal because the account has an active bonus.

Then I would file a complaint and our team would look into it if you don't know what to do next. If they keep asking for documents and then you always end up getting FS involved so that you can't withdraw, that's not really okay.

So I wouldn't think twice and go for it right away.
