I was fortunate enough to win a very large sum (in my world) at LuckyKoala: €16,000. However, over the past few years I've also lost roughly that amount, if not more, there.

Now I want to withdraw this amount as safely and quickly as possible! I'd like to find out the best way to proceed. I'm aware that casinos often delay withdrawals to entice players to gamble again. That MUST NOT happen to me this time.

I made the first withdrawal of €5,000, and today (12 hours later) I received the first confirmation asking me to send a bank statement with my address, IBAN, name, etc. No problem, I did that earlier.

I just want to make sure I can withdraw the full amount. Ideally, as quickly as possible and with as few fees as possible. I'd probably even accept fees, as I'm really afraid (repeatedly!) of losing everything.

From what I've read online, the only fee-free option in this case is to make four withdrawals: three of €5,000 and then one of €1,000 (each once per month). Is that correct? I've also read elsewhere that you can withdraw €5,000 per week free of charge.

I am definitely very worried that, firstly, the casino will take a long time with the first payout (requiring documents, etc.) and secondly, that the process will generally take a long time or that the casino won't pay out at all.

The fact that it's an absolute outrage how complicated withdrawals are compared to deposits isn't exactly news to me.

You could actually ask the casino to block the funds for you, or block access to games until you successfully withdraw all your winnings.

Have you tried asking them what they could do for you regarding this?

It is very important to pass the verification process, of course, and hopefully, then it will all go as fast as possible according to their limits.

I made my first withdrawal on April 21, 2026. Yesterday, April 22, 2026, I first had to verify my account and then send a photo of my passport. So far, so good!

However, I am afraid to ask the casino if they can block my games, as I am very sure they will use this request as an excuse to further delay the payout!

But as long as I've entered all my information correctly and meet all their requirements, I'll get my money, right? I'd like some confirmation for peace of mind…

Could you please provide me with information regarding the withdrawal fees and the situation I described above? When do fees apply (more than one withdrawal per week or per month, etc.)?

Unfortunately, I am unable to assure you of anything, as I don't work for the casino, you know.

Also, questions like this regarding the fees need to be addressed directly to the casino's support.

Update us about any news, though, for sure, to see if everything goes well.

The first €5,000 arrived in my account today (Saturday) after 4 days! I think that's perfectly fine.

I will inquire about the withdrawal limits/fees there!
