I won from them and am currently going through verification. I read reviews on TrustPilot. They're terrible at not withdrawing money to anyone. I'll let you know what happens to me, whether they'll withdraw it or not.

If I may ask, what documents did you send to the casino? 

Passport and all, they approved the verification but froze the account with the winnings. They said I had multiple accounts, which I shouldn't have. And now I'm getting all kinds of spam. I suspect it's because of this casino.

I read the reviews on Trustpilot and realized it's a scam. You can read the 78 reviews there yourself, alleging they do everything they can to avoid withdrawals.

The safety index isn't the best. But let's not jump to conclusions and wait for a solution.

If the casino has such suspicions, did they ask you for something or did they just close your account and that's it, and now there's nothing you can do? 

They just closed the account.

So you didn't think about filing a complaint?

I don't want to waste my time on this pointless crap. I already have one complaint about one project. We've been looking into it for a month and still can't resolve it.

I know sometimes things can be unpleasant.

But if you think casino made a mistake and you are right then I wouldn't give up.

But, I won't convince you. 🙂
