If you want to discuss anything related to Lucky Mate Casino, such as its games, bonuses, payment methods, issues with your account, responsible gambling features, or anything else, you can do so here.
Is this a legal thing to say ? And if I have received small withdrawals which are instant payments to my account is it common to all of a sudden blame my bank for delays on not paying but they won’t send me a receipt of payment of any sort? My account was fully verified as well.
Hello, I understand such an explanation probably seems weird, especially when previous smaller withdrawals made it through without problems. I understand there could be some issues with the payment provider, which can potentially prevent the casino from providing the receipt, but on the other hand, I would point out that explanation from the support. The screenshot, at least in my opinion, is not related to the payment but rather to the license; hence, I would not fix on that. As best as we could find, the casino was not licensed the last time we checked.
You have an active balance that you aim to withdraw; the account is fully verified and that's what matters the most, I would say. Can you opt for a different withdrawal option? I mean, if the usual one poses a problem, how about trying something else? The point remains the same, right? To withdraw
After reading others reviews I know I’m not getting my money because they have pulled this trick on heaps of others thing like we sent it to the wrong account then deleted the person account etc and it goes on and on. My issue is I have them a chance because of your sites review 3.5 but now I want to know based on what?? They are a fraudulent site which is clear when you look at reviews and what they say about licensing etc
Thank you for the update. I understand that you have your opinion, and I think we agree on this. So I'm glad you aim to go for the complaint too. It's directly related to the casino review and its score so the more players gather to prove their experience through the complaint, the better for the review, which pretty much says the casino is a risky business already. I would not say the review is a recommendation or form of invitation. All the facts are there, specifically:

I would also be very hesitant.
