That is not quite right in my opinion and I personally would like to know why. The casino has the right to make an account investigation, but if you don't get any information, then it doesn't make you feel good. If you don't know more, then we will probably have to wait and see if our team finds out something or if you don't get any new information. 

But we'll have to be patient.
