In any case, 10 days is quite a long time for a crypto withdrawal. So, were you verified when you say you sent some documents to the casino?

We give casinos 14 days, and if you still can’t get your money, then if I were you, I’d file a complaint with us.

Yes, my passport has already been verified, and so far the casino has not requested any additional documents or verification from me.

I contacted their live chat a few days ago, and they told me that my withdrawal is still under internal review, but they were unable to provide any estimated processing time.

I'll wait until the 14-day mark as you suggested. If there is still no payment or no clear explanation from the casino by then, I will submit an official complaint through Casino Guru.

Hopefully, everything will be resolved before that.
