Disbursement cancelled without proof – €4,295
I hereby file a complaint against this casino for the unjustified cancellation of my winnings.
I requested a withdrawal. This was initially accepted, but later cancelled and the entire amount removed from my account.
The reason given was an alleged violation of bonus conditions regarding a maximum betting limit.
I expressly reject this accusation:
- I did NOT place any bets above the allowed maximum.
- The casino refuses to provide any betting history, timestamps, or concrete evidence.
- There is only a general reference to the terms and conditions, without any proof of the alleged violation.
Additionally, it is important to mention:
- Previous withdrawals were processed without any problems.
- There was no evidence whatsoever of any rule violations.
This suggests that the alleged violation was fabricated after the fact to avoid a larger payout.
I contacted support multiple times and asked for concrete evidence. The only response was that the decision was "final" and no further information would be provided.
In my view, this behavior is unfair and incomprehensible.
I therefore request:
- a review of the case
- the request for the casino to provide concrete evidence
- or the restoration of my balance and payment of the amount
I can provide all relevant screenshots and communication histories.

Ich reiche hiermit eine Beschwerde gegen dieses Casino wegen der ungerechtfertigten Stornierung meiner Gewinne ein.
Ich habe eine Auszahlung besntragt. Diese wurde zunächst akzeptiert, später jedoch storniert und der gesamte Betrag von meinem Konto entfernt.
Als Begründung wurde ein angeblicher Verstoß gegen Bonusbedingungen bezüglich eines maximalen Einsatzlimits genannt.
Diese Anschuldigung weise ich ausdrücklich zurück:
- Ich habe KEINE Einsätze über dem erlaubten Maximum platziert
- Das Casino verweigert jegliche Vorlage von Einsatzhistorie, Zeitstempeln oder konkreten Beweisen
- Es wird lediglich allgemein auf die AGB verwiesen, ohne den angeblichen Verstoß nachzuweisen
Zusätzlich ist wichtig zu erwähnen:
- Frühere Auszahlungen wurden problemlos durchgeführt
- Es gab dabei keinerlei Hinweise auf Regelverstöße
Das deutet darauf hin, dass der angebliche Verstoß nachträglich konstruiert wurde, um eine größere Auszahlung zu vermeiden.
Ich habe den Support mehrfach kontaktiert und um konkrete Beweise gebeten. Die einzige Antwort war, dass die Entscheidung „final" sei und keine weiteren Informationen bereitgestellt werden.
Dieses Verhalten ist aus meiner Sicht unfair und nicht nachvollziehbar.
Ich bitte daher um:
- eine Überprüfung des Falls
- die Aufforderung an das Casino, konkrete Beweise vorzulegen
- oder die Wiederherstellung meines Guthabens und Auszahlung des Betrags

I think as long as you don't win everything is fine, but if you win it's catastrophic.
