Hello, I'm afraid there is no Casino Guru support you could reach. Here on the forum, we talk, while active complaints allow you to get in touch with a specific mediator. The contact is part of your complaint, so if you need something related, I suggest starting there. 🙏
Hi guys in trying to reach out to you by different ways, social media DmS and send emails to the casino guru teams , reopening my conolaints and nothing … this is my last option , hope this help me , ( I made a complaint like three years ago ) and gets unresolved the casino never gave us any response and you close the complaint unresolved , i recieve an email when you close the complaint unresolved, after three years i need this email for some reasons( i deleted from my email)im trying to get paid by another way i just want you guys help me with this and resend me those emails from those two complaints that i made on your webaite! Thank you so much!
Hello, I noticed you created another thread about the same issue. I responded to you here the last time, but since I have no access to emails associated with complaints, I still cannot help you. In my opinion, you may be even referring to the automatic email sent by the system once the complaint is closed. I honestly do not remember when exactly this process was automated. In any case, the mediators may be in different positions, but that's only my assumption.
Hello I can show and prove that two sister casinos share the same pay id on same occasions then when you send receipt they say funds not received and send ya back to Bank to chase funds but I got screen shots of both having same pay id at the same time then not crediting me deposit leaving me to chase bank for money when it’s there fuck up so all those people got funds not received by casino that might be issue
Hello, can you please elaborate a bit? I cannot very much understand how the same pay Ids for supposedly sister casinos (perhaps the same group using the same payment processors?) are related to not crediting deposits.
Please let us know what has happened.
