If you want to discuss anything related to Linebet Casino, such as its games, bonuses, payment methods, issues with your account, responsible gambling features, or anything else, you can do so here.
Hello, very good, does anyone around here play on linebet?
Because I have sent an email since February 6 and I still have not received a response, support keeps answering me the same thing, waiting for a response from the email but it never arrives. I cannot withdraw the money that I deposited from the beginning and that I urgently need.
Does anyone know where I can complain so that the casino can give me an answer to my protest?
Hello. Sorry to hear you have to go thru another issue with this casino. I have seen your complaint 👈, where our team is waiting for the casinos response. You said that your account had been verified last time, when you've had another withdrawal issue there, right? Luckily that one was solved and you were able to get your money. The one think which comes to my mind is, that maybe they need to do some additional checks, and that is why it's taking a bit longer. The support should inform you about that, but unfortunately, as you said, there has been no response from them, right? Hopefully our complaint team will get some more information, so the case can proceed further. 🤞
The platform is: LINEBET Amount: 58k euros The title says it all, but i won too much that i found out i got restricted from online casino betting, contacted support and they told me i should send them my ID, i searched online and found out that it is not safe to send ID cuz it can be used in fraudulent activities (i’m from morocco). So i became hesitant about sending them any information. Cuz, pretty sure even if i send them the documents they will ask for more and try their best to make me give so i can’t requests a withraw. And they can sell my ID for extra income to the casino, what should i do ?
Hi, let me put it this way, if you have won a relatively large sum, there is nothing unusual about the player having to verify himself in the casino. This includes sending ID and you may have to send more. I wouldn't say it's necessarily because the casino wants to misuse your documents. It's a classic in almost all casinos.
So I would cooperate if you want to get the money, and if the casino still has something and it's going to take an infinite amount of time and you can't figure it out, you can write and we'll try to help.
How does that sound?
I’ve been trying to verify my Linebet account for months and the process doesn’t seem to move forward.
Here’s what happened:
1. Linebet asked me to send photos of the documents I used during registration. I sent them.
2. After that, security team asked for a selfie holding my ID next to my face, with the background showing I’m contacting the security department. I sent that as well, following the exact instructions.
3. Since then, my account is still unverified. Customer support only replies robotic messagrs and gives no timeline or reason for the delay.

If anyone from Linebet support sees this, please check my case.
Hi, I see you've been going through the KYC verification process for quite some time, but your account still hasn't been verified. At the same time, the casino hasn't given you any meaningful explanation as to why the verification hasn't been completed or whether there's an issue with the documents or selfie you submitted.
I think that's the key point here. Knowing why the verification has been stalled for so long would help clarify the situation.
Since you've already been waiting for weeks without a resolution, I would recommend submitting a complaint here on our website.
You can find the complaint form here 👈
Our complaint team will review your case, contact the casino, and try to find out what's causing the delay and whether they can help move the verification process forward.
Hopefully, they'll be able to get a clearer answer from the casino than the one you've received so far.
