Iv been emailing limitless Casino to verify my account and there is no response. The 24/7 live chat dosnt exist there is only the support email. I saw someone else have this exact problem and they somehow got the issue resolved. How can I get in contact with limitless casino to verify my account so I can withdrawal my BTC?

I'd try payout@limitless or pitboss@limitless if cs or support at limitless is not replying. They will verify you if it's your first times. You will need to send documents. Go in the chat & ask about hoe they verify for payout if you haven't done so already.

In some cases, casinos lock the account untill the verification is over. Let's consider that as some sort o security procedure. I would prefer players to get informed about this in advance. It's about sending one short email or a text message so, I'm still amazed every time I hear the casino just lock the account, leaving the player wondering... This is not very polite at best.

I submitted a complaint but have been going back and forth with the pitboss as they are claiming that I played black jack which is not allowed per the rules of the coupon I used. Prior to starting the verification process, I clicked on black jack and the system had restricted game play. Once starting the verification and requesting a 2k payout and confirming with customer service that I needed to leave $30 on my account, I was approved to process the pay out. During the verification time, I clicked on black jack which then was unrestricted, I trusted that the casino system did this because I met all obligations of the coupon rules and terms and conditions. I then requested a payout of 1500 because my real balance dropped to 1689 because i played slots and black jack.
After sending my reply to the casinos payments@limitlesscasino.com in order to finalize the transaction - I received a note that I was in violation of the casinos terms and conditions and they voided my winnings based on me playing black jack which had then become unrestricted. I received this explanation:

Again, there is no satisfaction in being forced to fully remove your winnings, but rules and terms must be followed strictly in such situations.

I trusted that I was within my legal and apprpriate usage based on my understanding of the terms and conditions and where blackjack was unrestricted on my account during the verification process that I was still entitled to my winnings, I even was planning on leaving 168 on my account for future play as well as had played over $400 when black jack became unrestricted! I believe I did not violate based on the terms and conditions and the behaviors of the casino.

What is extremely unjust, is the fact that blackjack was restricted and I could not access it. Once I requested the withdrawal and started verification of my identity, the Blackjack restriction was lifted and I had a real balance with a 0 bonus balance. I am unsure of what they are referring to regarding the 4.88 on BJ since I actually brought my real balance from 2k down to 1689 when I was verified to request a withdrawal. Furthermore, the terms and conditions they are referencing doesn't make sense. If the promotion is in effect until everything is withdrawn but withdrawing does not void this rule, then when are you ever out of a promotional state?
Seems like a fishy loophole to me.

Be wary of the "No Rules" Bonuses. They apparently do have rules, even after you finish the wagering. I deposited 1k with a 50 no rules match bonus, played slots till the 1 x wagering requirement was completed. Then played a bunch of slots, and some table games, then requested a 4k cashout (balance was 4500 so I could give the sticky bonus back). It got denied, and my winnings voided, my deposit put back into my account. I then went straight to black jack and won my 4 k back in about 15 minutes, and sucessfully withdrew it, so Not too sad. Just be aware.
Now that's what I call luck. It's a great story and I'm glad you brought it to the attention of the players. I would probably ask for some information from the casino with every bonus because many players have issues with them.
Anyway, even if you did come across them, you got back pretty quickly. I'm pleased that you managed to do it and you also withdrew successfully. How long did it take to withdraw ? 🙂
