Hello,
this is a very wise question and it requires a good answer 🙂 :
Always play in a licensed casino, preferably in a casino licensed in the country of your residence 😉. If you ever decide to play elsewhere, though pay attention to the reputation, players' reviews, and complaints to get a full-scaled picture of the casino.
Because, Curacao licenses/sublicenses are pretty affordable, meaning very popular, BUT the requirements and standards the casino has to fulfill are more easily gained than let's say Maltian license.
Never play in an unlicensed casino with a bad rating, if you have to play in an unlicensed casino (and you don't) only pick the ones with a good reputation.
The license is just one piece of the whole picture, keep that in mind. 😉
