Hello i have problem to verification level 3 and level 4 problem i have submit right document but every time stake team reject my document and i have 9.5 k on my account and is froze right now so please help me

Hi, do you know what is the problem of rejecting it? It describes quite nicely what the document needs to contain, what it should look like and so on. Have you tried asking? What format are you sending it in? Is everything clearly visible?
