I did alittle more research and from what I read it is not legit. There is no license number on the Web site at all. I am going to chalk it up to a lesson learned and not bother to give them my 50.00 dollars! Thanks for answering!
I think you did the right thing by looking for information about the casino, because you found out what you wrote. You always have to be careful about advertising on different platforms because I know that players can get sucked into playing at casinos like this.
