Hey. I'm sorry you're in a similar situation. As I see it, your account is not yet fully verified.
Therefore, did you try to ask the casino what is the specific problem with your bank statement and why they don't want to accept it ? Were the other documents in order ?
Yes,I sent different bank statements on email and again will send them and downloaded .. they just don’t want to pay my money ,even it’s not winnings ,I just returned what I lost .. before the casino paid me small withdrawals into my account without to ask me for documents.. anyway I am registered in thousand casinos on line with that address, only Kwiff decided not to verify my account .I am also verified customer on Trustpilot with the same address .. I just want my money and promise I never will play in Kwiff .. used to like it,but now I don’t recommend it even to my enemies
So the problem for the casino is that you have different bank statements or your problem is with an address that the casino can't verify ? Usually if you withdraw small amounts, the casino can decide if it needs some documents from you or not. Of course, if the player wins a larger amount, the casino usually requires the documents for full verification or for some additional verification.
Anyway, how long has your situation been going on ? We give the casino 14 days to process the withdrawal or complete the KYC process. Let us know.
Already almost ten days .. I sent the address on bank statements associated with the card I am using to deposit into the casino .. my pay slip is also on that address.. nothing wrong with my address.. everywhere I am registered on that address.. The casino just doesn’t want to pay the withdrawal.. even it’s not winnings ,I just returned my money that have been deposited..
After the casino pays my withdrawal I promised never to play in it anymore.. there are other casinos where they verified very easily my account.. never had that problem . When I was reading the reviews in Trustpilot I never thought that is going to happen to me
Hm, so it's getting close to the mentioned deadline. But I would like to know what is the casino's problem with your address, or what reason it has for not accepting this document ? It's sad when a player gets into a situation like this, where you say that you haven't won anything. If the case lasts more than 14 days and nothing moves before then, I would recommend you to file a complaint here: https://casino.guru/complaints
As for not playing at the casino anymore, I don't blame you if I'm honest and I'd probably choose a casino where similar problems haven't occurred.
However, I definitely think it's always good to look at user reviews or complaints, because these are real experiences of players and could help you in your decision making when choosing a new casino. So far, there is almost nothing about this casino, but I can see that as far as complaints are concerned, the player is dealing with a similar problem as you. https://casino.guru/kwiff-casino-player-s-winnings-are-being-held-due
Anyway, If you find out any new information, let us know.
I hope your situation will be resolved and you will be satisfied in the end.
