I have some money in the KOMETA casino, but they're asking for a deposit to withdraw it.

I have the same problem. My withdrawal request is pending since February 14th. I have made the deposits I needed to do because I played with a bonus. But they asked for another deposit and then a deposit to pay taxes because I earned more than 100.000 usd.

Their Customer Service uses "the pressure technique" to may you pay without asking questions.

They have removed the Chat option from my account and their email address doesn’t exist, so I have no way to contact them.

I managed to contact them lately by coincidence when NOT LOGGED IN yet.

They accused me of breaching soooo many many rules but they are "willing" to lift the restrictions on my account if I pay 400$.

When I wanted to ask what the amount is for and to show proof of what I did wrong, this is the kind of reply I got: Shut up or we will block your account.

May I please ask you to share the link of the casino you are complaining about? Just to be sure that we are talking about the same as it seems there is another copycat platform which pretends to be the genuine Kometa Casino.

Please post the URL address of the casino where you experienced this issue. I believe that it is not the genuine Kometa Casino, unfortunately.

Does it mean that you are unable to visit the casino's site, please?
