If you want to discuss anything related to Koi Spins Casino, such as its games, bonuses, payment methods, issues with your account, responsible gambling features, or anything else, you can do so here.
Hello and Happy New Year
I’m looking for some advice. About 8 weeks or so ago I asked to be self excluded from Koi Spins Casino as I had lost a significant amount of money and wasn’t in control. They excluded me and then emailed about 6 weeks later to say they had removed the block on my account and I then went on to lose another significant amount of money. Would I have any claim to reclaim any of these losses?
Also, twice in the last week during play I wasn’t paid out on winnings and was simply told the technical department saw no problem with the gaming rounds.
Many thanks
Mel
Hello,
I'm sorry to say that but I honestly think a player with a gambling problem should avoid casinos that do not provide any responsible gambling tools at all:
The best shot, in this case, would be submitting a complaint, at least the complaint team will provide some advice.
Submit one here, please
Can we find out where some of these casinos are located? Targeting problem gamblers who have self excluded and bombarding with messages, emails etc.
These casinos operated without any license and much of the time illegally. They remain faceless whilst advertising fake games and fleecing people. It would be good to find out where they are located.
I fear that the fact that such casinos are unlicensed prevents anybody from getting more detailed information.
🙁
Hi, what makes you think that ? Have you had any unpleasant experiences with this casino ?
I am asking because I see that the casino has a rather low safety index and according to us it operates without a license, so I would avoid this casino with a grain of salt.
Do you think you could tell us more ?
I had only placed a few sports bets with them but when I tried to withdraw they used what is now a familiar tactic by claiming they needed to do an 'investigation' which will take 75 days! I have experienced this before with Twinky Win and Very well, and both ultimately stole my money claiming I was guilty of fraud!!
Hello!
Well, I would like to discuss this topic further, but sadly, we do not deal in sports betting here. I'm not familiar with the topic enough, I'm sorry.🙁
Just a question out of curiosity: Have your batting strategies or "patterns" been the same in both casinos? I mean, are you aware of any similarities, perhaps?
Not sure how helpful those sites are, but feel free to try:
