It's because I wanted to register but I found this point in the bonus conditions, so I went to the agent and spoke to him and as you can see on the screenshots, the conversations are with the agent!
Yes, I think that most people don't take the time to read the bonus terms and conditions because they are too lazy or don't want to and. This is how problems arise with payments, I would have expected a better and nicer answer from you, but you don't seem to be aware of the problem at all, otherwise you wouldn't have given such information.
