If you want to discuss anything related to JW7 Casino, such as its games, bonuses, payment methods, issues with your account, responsible gambling features, or anything else, you can do so here.
Date: 20th October 2026, I found this site here, after that I visited this site JW7, I saw they have good welcome bonus. I deposited 6530 Bangladeshi Currency, and got 100% bonus. At the time of deposit they did not say me I have multiple account but after a 20 hours play long I won 41670 BDT, at the time of withdraw I saw, the maximum limit of withdraw is only 2000 BDT, I submit 2000, but failed and the website was asking for KYC. I submitted all KYC Documents, after 5 minutes I saw, they have cut 41670 BDT and returned my deposited amount 41670BDT.
Really it was infair. If have multiple account then how the bonus added in my account at the time of deposit, if I have multiple account, the system was supposed to catch it at the time of deposit and adding the bonus, am I right or wrong?
This site is totally scam.
I understand why this feels unfair, especially if you were allowed to deposit, claim the bonus, and play for many hours before the multiple-account issue was raised.
However, I wouldn’t necessarily say that the casino’s system had to detect a duplicate account at the time of deposit. Some casinos only perform deeper checks during KYC or when a withdrawal is requested.
What matters now is whether JW7 can explain why they believe you had multiple accounts and what evidence they are relying on.
Did they tell you anything more specific, for example whether the duplicate account was linked by your name, ID, phone number, payment method, device, or IP address?
If they only confiscated the winnings and referred generally to multiple accounts without giving you a clear explanation, I would ask them to specify exactly what rule they believe you violated and how they identified the second account. Keep all screenshots of the balance, the KYC process, the withdrawal attempt, and the message about the confiscation.
