If you want to discuss anything related to Jokeri Casino, such as its games, bonuses, payment methods, issues with your account, responsible gambling features, or anything else, you can do so here.
Hey, I've been playing at this casino for a long time and I've gotten a good impression of it!
But now my opinion has changed,
This casino occasionally gives out a deposit bonus where you just have to deposit X amount of money to get free spins and the winnings from them have to be wagered 1x times, and if you don't win anything from the free spins you can just withdraw the money you deposited!
Well, I've used those offers quite a few times now, probably over 10 times! About 2 weeks ago I made a deposit with that deposit bonus and when I didn't win anything from the free spins I decided to withdraw the money but it says "withdrawal blocked". I asked the agent what the hell it was that I could always do this and then a customer service representative named "Minna" said that there was some obstacle that violated the terms and conditions why I couldn't withdraw and I just replied that it was okay and I lost it because it had to be wagered and I didn't manage to get my deposited money back!
Well, a week ago I made a deposit and used the same type of offer again, i.e. 60 free spins and the winnings have to be wagered 1x, well I didn't really win anything but a couple of cents from the free spins and I wagered them and then I withdrew and suddenly I was able to withdraw the money, I asked the agent if I had been screwed or why it was now letting me withdraw money and this same "Minna" replied that there was some system error why I was able to withdraw and after that the connection to the agent was lost and I couldn't start a new conversation!
Has the casino explained to you what kind of obstacle, as you said, you violated, though?
I believe that it has to be clearly written in the terms of this bonus what kind of requirements it has, for sure. Then the casino has to do as written.
So, did you read the terms carefully? Was everything mentioned there regarding the wagering?
"According to AML rules, the amount you deposit must be wagered once before it can be withdrawn from your gaming account. 🙂"
This is how they responded when I couldn't withdraw and the second time they responded like this when I was able to withdraw even though I didn't wager.
"There must have been some system error, it shouldn't be possible 🙂"
But even if there has been some error, they should nicely explain it to you when you ask.
So, have you tried that so you can better understand what exactly happened there, or do you just leave it like that and better not play in this casino anymore? 🤔
I deposited 20 e just a h ago, then had 10 e on my account when I went to chat to ask how do you possibly delete the account.
Because I wanted to know the settings...where or how.
Well, they didn't say anything but closed my account with my money on there and now when I emailed them, why they closed my account and took my money, they said they don't return money under 10 e (there was more than 10 to be exact) and that I asked them to close?
With really sarcastic and estonian soviet attitude they put laughing emojis on the chat. Then I asked GDPR info so that I could get all the accoount info and chat info so that I could make a complaint to Estonian officials but they haven't yet replied to GDPR request. This casino is HIGHLY SHADY! Thank god I only tried it with 20 e. BUT it is principle! They should be able to do this!
WEll. Because of the censor I have to write this again and hope to get some help.
So I did a experiment deposit of 20 e to this XXXXX casino and played 9 e of it, then looked at safeguard play options and didn't see even a possibility to delete ones account, so I went to chat and asked "how does one delete the account?" They said nothing and just deleted my account then and there.
My money was left in the account and I emailed them saying that you just deleted my account eventhough I made no direct request to do so, they started laughing and said that I wanted them to do it and that they don't return the balance.
I then said I make an official GDRP-request here since they are and EU based(surprise Estonia) company and that there I will get to show officials that they are doijng this on FALSE pretences and detained all my money without any LEGAL right!
How can they do this, they just send me laughing emojis via email. Do I have a good case to complaint?
Hi there,
I checked the system and only found one deleted post, which you deleted yourself. I would like to help you but I honestly don't understand the matter you called censorship. That's something we do not support here, I can assure you.
On Friday, however, we were struggling to post screenshots too, which, in my opinion, may occur again. So, I ask you kindly to calm down, try to post the screenshot once more, and look for errors. I already informed our tech department, and I hope it will be fixed soon since it pretty much sound like the same technical bug. 🙁
When it comes to the casino complications, I believe you should complain anytime you feel it is a good call for you. So, don't worry; submit the complaint and we shall see what is going to happen.

Good evening, I just signed up to Jokery Casino and am new to online gaming. My question is: Is it normal for them to ask you for screenshots of your deposits? For withdrawals, do you have to send a screenshot of your account with the account holder's name, ABI, etc.? Here in Italy, I don't see any reviews for Jokery Casino. The site says it's new here. Thank you very much.
Hey, does that mean you have to go through some kind of verification process in order to withdraw money? If so, then that's pretty normal.
What else did the casino ask for? They usually ask for proof of address, ID, and so on.
Hi, sorry... They asked me if I have to send a screenshot of the deposits with all my bank account details if I withdraw... The identification with the document has already been successful... Hi, thank you very much, have a good day 👋
