Hello, that certainly wouldn't be enough for me to have my account blocked by the casino. Didn't they tell you anything more specific? I'd definitely be interested to know. In some cases it is possible that casinos can close a player's account, but it's mostly when they break something or when they don't have any money in their account and they decide to do so.

I didn't take any bonuses...

the problem is even bigger in support...they know absolutely nothing and don't say anything...they only answer that they sent the request and wait for an answer by mail...there's not a single letter from them in the mail...

and in general I got the impression that the casino is closing... the deposit methods that are presented on your site are simply not there...

initially I created an account in TRX...a week later this account was closed...I spent a long time proving that I had money there...after 5 days they converted TRX into $..and only after that I made a withdrawal request..

the first 400 were withdrawn within 5 minutes

but I waited 5 days for the remaining 700, and now they've blocked my account...

I can see that there is nothing pleasant and I would like to know the reason why the casino paid one withdrawal within a few minutes and then closed your account on the second one. I can't really put my finger on it. But our team is here to try to find out, so I hope it works out and you get the second withdrawal.
