48 hours, says 24 hours and will be processed I am fully verified. First withdrawal just nervous considering some of issues listed online, didn’t have a bonus so in theory should be straightforward.

Yes no answer from support, deposited via bank transfer but my Chase account won’t allow international payments to be incoming so have provided another account to them.

So in that case I would still wait since it's only 2 days. I wouldn't take that as a disaster and you're verified, you've given them an account so try to hang in there. If you can't get your money then you can contact our team, anyway we contact the casino and not banks and the like. So if you want something from the bank you have to ask yourself.

Wouldn’t need anything from the bank, I have said if they don’t want to do the bank transfer as it’s different account details I am more than happy via crypto but they said email them and no response. Just concerned as there have been multiple bad reviews online about them. It’s not a huge total 335 euros but still be nice if they do pay it
