If you want to discuss anything related to JetsetSpins Casino, such as its games, bonuses, payment methods, issues with your account, responsible gambling features, or anything else, you can do so here.
Hey, from what I can see so far, the casino has only one complaint against it that’s unresolved, meaning it wasn’t resolved.
You’re probably having a problem there, right? What happened?
I’d still recommend creating a complaint if the casino treated you unfairly, because the safety index will drop even lower, and most importantly, other players will have at least one more player to warn them not to play here.
Hello. Yes, after making several deposits, I requested a withdrawal. After waiting a few days, I emailed them, and they replied: withdrawals take up to 15 BUSINESS days! I realized it was a typical scam and abandoned it. But about a month later!!! I received a reply with an apology and a request to undergo verification. The email contained 11 documents!!! that needed to be provided. Not only does no casino ask for such a large number of documents, but some of the items were also duplicates. For example, two of them asked for a passport, and two more asked for proof of income. The email was completely poorly written. So I'm wondering: should I collect all these documents, or should I not even try? That's why I asked if they were willing to contact you.
PS: The fact that they're still afloat is thanks to Askgamblers, which has recently become a dump. They used to help players with disputes against casinos, but now, with the "financial support" of those same casinos, they simply don't accept complaints and maintain astronomically high ratings for many fraudulent projects. So, thanks to KasinoAzov for being one of the last to give an honest review of any casino.
You have no idea how many players think we don’t have a good rating for certain casinos, so I guess it’s always up to each individual to decide what they think.
But let’s get to the problem. Asking for verification after a month is pretty funny. As for the documents and your suspicion, hmm, I’d probably be cautious, even though I don’t think anything bad would come of it.
What’s more, with those few complaints, they haven’t responded to us even once, so I don’t know how it would go in your case, but I’d rather expect the worst and assume they won’t respond to your complaint either.
Still, I’d file it anyway, mainly because of what I mentioned. If they don’t address it and don’t respond, the safety index will drop even further.
