They were quick enough to accept my out of date passport for identity verification and the box that said "identity verified" had a green tick however, when I won nearly 2k over a couple of weeks, I tried to withdraw the money only to be told that I wasn't verified for identification.
Luckily, I took a screenshot and then I let them waffle away in live chat and after 5/10 mins......
Bang! Showed the screenshot and I got the payment.
They are a nasty company that will try their hardest to withhold your money.
Talk rubbish that the verification process was done automatically by an AI.

thanks for your swift response mate! So I’m a digital nomad an I travel around the world. I’ve been sat in there airport whilst playing jeffbet and ended up winning £12,000. Now they’ve sent me an email saying they’ve closed my account and revoked my winnings due to playing in prohibited territory even tho I was on my way back home to the UK. It’s seems really unfair because I’m a loyal customer all my documents have now been accepted just before they closed my account. They even rang me up when I tried to withdraw asking me questions. I feel cheated out of this money because they allowed me to deposit so much of my own money and play freely. These problems only arises soon as I wanted to withdraw the £12,000

Just for your understanding, no VPN was used so they knew where I am and what I’m doing and still allowed me to use their website and deposit freely. You and me know ourself this is very unfair. If I kept loosing there wouldn’t be no issues. But soon as I won and wanted to withdraw that money there’s been every problem you can think of. They rang me up ask me where I’m to and they was fine and just asked me to send my documents. Once the documents got accepted the fired across an email with their unfair terms and codnions which doesn’t mention what counties are not allowed to access the website. And if this is the case why are we able to access the site deposit and play?
