I've seen another post about Jazzcasino They had a nice design but extremly bad rules. I would not recommend this casino.


First of all, after i signed up i could not play any games with the bonus received, the only provider i could play was booming game (they know people hate those slots).


Second, if you first play your bonus balance then your freespins will be removed even if you lose your bonus balance, i think this is very bad due to the fact people wont play freespins if they have a bonus balance already.


So before you deposit on Jazzcasino, check out other sites because their terms is not good for players.

I'd say it is good to add what the terms look like. I mean, were you able to find any information about which slots you are allowed to play with the bonus? Because if so, I wouldn't say it's unfair - it's just very limiting.

The same goes for the free spins. Have the terms mentioned something like "free spins must be played first"? I must say I see that quite often as a bonus term.

Again, while it's mentioned, I wouldn't take it as an unfair practice, instead, I'd say it's another limitation. It's always up to the player whether the bonus is worth taking, for that we should always read all related terms carefully before taking the bonus.

Sadly, no bonuses are listed here by this particular casino, hence I'll leave that as an open question for now 🙂.

Would appreciate the opportunity to go through specific bonus terms. Maybe you can add a link, if interested

yes i had a virus it wanted me to contact support for help in logging in , didn't so i called my support guy he fixed it the only thing i couldn't get , it was only on jazz i was getting message to contact support

Should I be concerned about playing on Jazz Casino? I've been playing on there for about a month. I haven't withdrawn any funds but plan on doing so. Anyone have any problems trying to withdraw their winnings?

Getting really frustrated with Jazz casino. I'm trying to play through their first deposit bonus and every game I try to play has some error with the provider. I was able to play 60% of my wagering just fine but today I have only gotten through about 5% more due to the constant errors. Support said to just wait it out/clear my cache and cookies (which I have done so many times already.)


Another gripe is that the T & C clearly state the rollover is based on the bonus amount, but my rollover was calculated based on my deposit + bonus. That's a small change in verbiage and a big change in the math.


Wish me luck finishing this bonus (and then cashing out!)

I never used the bonus offers. I figured they would try to make a loophole to make it harder to collect, so which is why I never bothered with it. At least cashing out has not been a problem for me. I just play roulette and sometimes baccarat

Technical issues are always quite a pain. Casinos are technically just streaming the games from the game provider's servers. Sometimes the support fails to understand, but that does not mean the website is out of the question completely. Well, compared to the situation we admins are experiencing here on the forum quite often, cookies and catches are usually the first step. Believe me, I understand it sounds terribly stupid.

Can you try to open the developer's console or any similar alternative and check out the console?

Errors should be visible there. I'm not saying it will work for the casino, but it's worth a try. Frankly, it's pretty complicated to open this console on smartphones...

I'd like to thank you for the wagering details, though. I checked the bonuses listed on our site, and all say "(bonus + deposit)". I would certainly ask the casino about their terms, though. Such an important rule needs to be specified clearly. Have you tried contacting them in that regard too?

I blame the website because it is happening for every provider and every game. I have tried every provider listed under the bonus section with multiple games. I have not been able to play any for more than 2 spins in over 24 hours.

As for the console, the error is different for each as each provider will use their own error codes/messages. But for BGaming, it is "204: Unexpected error occurred." For Dragon Gaming, it is "Server disconnected." These will pop up mostly as soon as I open the game. Sometimes I will get 1 spin in or maybe 2, and then it will go back to the errors. Casino support remains unhelpful and told me that I need to wager my balance first (they mean lose it, btw.) I already have, as I was at $0.29 last night.

This morning, however, I am at -$8.11... Love it.

If I didn't have potentially a few thousand from this bonus, I would have written this site off two days ago. Horrible experience.

I wish I could provide a solution, but the more I think about it, I'd say I would try to play these games in different casinos. Since games should come from the same source, I'd like to see their performance somewhere else. In any event, I would stop playing under such annoying conditions. Gambling should be fun, but what you have described so far is more like pain in the a**. to me.
