so to top it all off, they paid me about 500$ less than what they owe me, but ive played at 3 of these casinos by the same owner,

A)lUCKY CREEK

B)BIG DOLLAR(CURRENTLY SAYS MY ACCOUNT IS UNDER REVIEW BECAUSE I TOLD THEM I DIDNT WANT TO PLAY HERE)

C)JACKPOT WHEEL(still new within this month)


Now the fact i was paid way less on the original one after like 103 days or something ridiculous like that is insane


but as i mentioned in the beginning i want this casino to be honest, as they have great potential if they followed through and didn't tell players wolf stories


now I won about 100$ after I deposited about 100$(jackpot slot)

and I was hoping they could not piss me off but here they are again,

playing games I even deposited after i wone and played about 380$ so it's not like im a bum asking for handouts im a solid player and i don't even know why i gave them a 2nd chance(i just thought maybe each casino has different staff"


now I'm "waiting to be verified" even though I've withdrawal from all these casinos before

and there not responding or answering my calls their instant chat is f******** a joke if that's how they want there "face" of the casino to attract customers


so im 500$ short on a 3grand payment and now getting a run around for $701(deposited in BTC)


which makes me think are they jerks like waiting til bitcoin isn't worth s*** and then paying out so they save money? isn't that like illegal

well, I'm verified through their system, they even talk to me on a first-name basis like the employees know me, Travis knew, there's a few of them.. i understand finance over there works like slow on purpose but it's just a joke


i believe it was the 21 but should be verified all ready thx

I just won a small amount of 1900 a week ago. Sent in my verification. A few days later that was approved. In my account it says pending payment. They said it takes 7-10 days for a wire. We are at the 7 mark tomorrow. Hopefully I get my money and I won't have to post on your complaint board

Well I recently closed my account at a casino that went down hill fast and they had a few games that I liked playing. So I looked for another casino with the same platform and found Jackpot Wheel.

Has anyone ever received a withdrawal from Jackpot Wheels. I have been waiting for mine to show up in my account. So far nothing. They said 7 to 10 days. 2 days ago Monday, I contacted chat rep and they said it was completed and I should get an email soon. Today is the 9th business day and I have not received any emails. I contacted them about a 1/2 hour ago . I asked them was my wire transfer sent yet. I told them 2 days ago it was completed I was told. Russel the chat representative said it is still pending. They said its from the finance department. I asked can you contact them and get an update?. He responded and said they aren't available. I asked do you have a phone number I can call and they said they don't speak to players directly.

I am already sensing an issue...Tomorrow is the 10th day

Let's see what happens. I am glad we have places like Casino.guru

The 10th day has already passed I think.🤔

They put my withdrawal money back into my account I noticed this this morning. I contacted a representative and they said make another withdrawal. I made another withdrawal and now I get the email that they need a photo ID selfie of myself which I replied I already did that a week and a half ago and it was approved.

So it seems like I am getting closer and closer to making a complaint. They are playing games or maybe they just want me just to reverse my withdrawal and play my winnings.

I will contact live chat this evening and see what kind of answers I get. I maybe making a complaint this evening.

I spoke to CS person today and they said sorry for the delayed withdrawal. You will have your funds within 10 days.

I guess I have to wait again for this.

It almost sounds like they're making trash excuses to delay as much as possible.

10 days, huh? What else could you do at the moment besides waiting "a bit"...

They said 29 hours passed and they didn't receive my selfie ID so that delayed the payment. (10 days??) Now your withdrawal was reinstated. I replied and told them my ID selfie was sent less then 24 hours after initiating my withdrawal. Some of us have to go to work, what do they do ?, sit at a computer and wait for a player to send a selfie id and count the hours on how long it took them to receive it.

This place takes the cake!

I told them this cannot ever happen again.

They replied sorry for the inconvenience.

We will see.

I think they just don't want to pay.

This is what you receive after submitting your withdrawal. It says I can reverse it with 48 hours. well I was able to reverse it anytime after the 48 hours up to the 10 days.
