Hi I'm just curious if anyone who plays Jackpot Goo has participated in the Mega Jackpot event?
I had been playing for the last few days and I have hit a few jackpots. When playing the slots a pop up will appear on the screen saying you are the winner of there's a MINI HOURLY DAILY AND MEGA. Well I was playing a slot and I got that pop up that I had been getting when I won a jackpot.. it was for $248,697.90 i couldn't believe it! I was in so much disbelief that I wasn't going to believe it till it hits my account.. so I waited and waited and nothing.
So I contacted customer service and they were giving every excuse under the sun. They were lieing they had stated that the only Jackpot I won that day was $71 when in fact I had won like 4 or 5 I called them out on that.. then they corrected themselves.
The conclusion they gave me after a few hours of going back and fourth was I got a system generated popup that everyone got about the mega jackpot being won. I had been playing for a few day during this event and the only pop up I got were my winnings. No one else's.
It took them at least 3 hours of going back and fourth to even say it wasn't me that won it was somone else. Why would they even do that that's like a cruel joke to have that pop-up on anyone's screen. Cause it looked exactly like I had won the jackpot.. they don't state the winners name on these pop ups.
So what do you all think?
