Hi, is that all they told you, that you have to wait 7-21 days? Didn't you have to verify your identity? 

However, from what I've seen, the casino doesn't have a good safety index, so I would expect some problems. I hope I'm wrong and everything will be fine.

I would also think that you could file a complaint, but the casino didn't respond to most of them, so they probably won't deal with it.
